Meeting with Sister City Mayor and Naas Twinning Group Chairperson

Some of board members were privileged to meet with the Mayor of Naas, Ireland, our Irish sister city, and the Chairperson of the Naas Twinning Group (sister city organization of Naas).  The event was sponsored by the Omaha Sister Cities Association (OSCA) and held here in Omaha at the Brazen Head Pub.  The event was well attended with past Mayor, Jim Suttle and former City Councilman, Marc Kraft in attendance.  Also represented were the Ancient Order of Hibernians.  The Naas city officials came to Omaha to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Omaha Sister Cities Association and is the first time a standing mayor of Naas has visited Omaha.
